Sample & Configuration Approval
The sample, key specifications, components, accessories, branding and packaging requirements are recorded before production approval.
Pre-Production Quality Requirements
Critical quality points, visible workmanship, functional checks, labeling, packaging and agreed tolerances are defined before production begins.
Production Follow-Up & Change Control
Agreed production milestones are followed, and material changes to the approved configuration should be reported for review before shipment.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Inspection can cover quantity, appearance, function, labeling, accessories and packaging. Independent third-party inspection can be coordinated when requested.
Corrective Action & Shipment Release
Material findings are communicated to the relevant supplier for correction or clarification. Shipment release remains subject to buyer approval and agreed commercial terms.

Inspection reduces sourcing risk but does not replace product certification, laboratory testing, contractual warranties or the manufacturer’s legal responsibilities.
Inspection scope, sample size, acceptance criteria, third-party fees and reporting format must be confirmed separately for each order.
